A compact restaurant with big personality, Kong BBQ puts the fun into the rich and delicious heritage of Korean and Japanese cuisine.
Large group bookings of up to 20 guests (on one table) can be accommodated within the restaurant non–exclusively for lunch or dinner.
For an exclusive whole venue booking, we can accommodate 65 guests seated throughout the space. Cocktail style events for up to 80 guests are also available with hand around canape service.
Kong’s signature flavours straight from the charcoal pits are showcased in our set menus. All dining options can be paired with vibrant and playful cocktails or beverages that pay homage to our Australian, Japanese and Korean roots.

Kong also offers catering options for off-site events where our amazing team bring the taste of Kong to you! Birthday parties, anniversary’s, corporate events and office get togethers. A range of food and beverage menu options are available to make sure everyone is well fed and always looked after.
A minimum spend on food and beverage will apply depending on the date and time of your event.

You are welcome to bring in any Audio Visual or PA equipment with an exclusive venue buyout only. You are welcome to arrange this directly and we can provide our preferred supplier list for your reference. Please confirm with your event manager before any AV equipment is brought onsite. Delivery & Collection timings will apply.
You can certainly have music or a DJ in the venue. Please discuss any requirements or entertainment to be organised as some restrictions may apply with timing and noise levels.
We can assist with most dietary requirements with notice. Please discuss any specific requirements with your Event Manager prior to the event.
Unfortunately, due to health and safety regulations, we do not allow any BYO food or beverage items into the venue.
You are welcome to bring in floral, balloons and other decorative items for your event. No confetti or sparklers are allowed in the venue. Please confirm with your event manager any items to be brought into the venue. All decorative items must be removed from the venue at the conclusion of the event. No storage is available onsite for these items. Delivery & Collection timings will apply.
